| Ruff Ryders of Raleigh would like to say congratulations to all of the graduating high school seniors of 2019. As a part of our commitment to our community, the organization decided a few years ago to begin a scholarship fund awarding college bound students who have shown interest in giving back to the community. We believe that volunteerism is a big part of developing the leaders of the next generation. This year's recipient of the Ruff Ryders of Raleigh Scholarship Fund of $1000.00 will be announced on April 27, 2019 Octavia Bizzell of Southeast Raleigh Magnet High School Attending East Carolina University fall 2017 |
